Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private pool with plenty of chairs for relaxing poolside and a small dining table, hot tub, outside shower and charcoal grill. Inside you'll find a Recroom with pool table, new flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with full sized refrigerator. Bedroom with DuoBunk, Single (sleeps 4), TV/DVD (no cable to this TV but the DVD has wireless access to Netflix, etc.) and deck access, full bath and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with new flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with new flat-screen TV/DVD, hallway den, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Single and new flat-screen TV/DVD (no cable to this TV but the DVD has wireless access to Netflix, etc.), Bedroom with 2 Singles, new flat-screen TV/DVD (no cable to this TV but the DVD has wireless access to Netflix, etc.) and deck access and a hall bathroom.

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV/DVD and gas fireplace. Kitchen with all new stainless appliances including induction stove top for the discerning chef, 2 dishwashers and breakfast bar seating 4, dining area seating 8, crow's nest dining area seating 4 (great for playing games too!), half bath and a King Master Bedroom with new flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
