Ground Level: Outside you'll find the private pool, hot tub, 2 outside showers, charcoal grill and gas grill. Inside you'll find a Recroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, Day Bed and Trundle, pool table, full bath, and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 3 Queen Bedrooms with flat-screen TV/DVD, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, sitting area and 2 full hall baths.

Top Level: Great room with 55" flat-screen TV/DVD, dining room seating 10, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, half bath, and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD and whirlpool tub.

Extras: Private Pool (14 x 28), Hot Tub (4), 6 flat-screen TVs, 6 DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, stereo/CD, book library, pool table, 2 outside showers, shared pier with 12' x 16' platform over the sound, port-a-crib, gas grill, park grill, parking for 5 vehicles, linens and towels provided, community water and Monteray Shores Community Amenities. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The view of the Sound was amazing! Liked having a shared pier and access to the sound. The living room was great for my family to play games or watch a movie. We used the pool table every day. Keyless entry was a great feature too.

Sound views are spectacular! Just about any place on the top deck provides a beautiful scene. Loved sitting out and relaxing every night at sunset. Beautiful house! Very nicely decorated. And clean as a pin! We loved it!

Community Restrictions

  • No parking on streets.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, golf carts, go-carts, trailers or boats are allowed in the driveways or within the community; including community parking lots.
  • Overflow parking lot by the Club House, guests must fill out a parking permit/pass at the club house to be there overnight (No fee for this pass).
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
