Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool, volleyball court, horseshoes, exterior shower, basketball hoop and grill area with picnic table. Exterior ELEVATOR access to all levels. Inside you'll find 2 Queen Master Bedrooms with TV and private bathrooms (one with VCR), Recroom with TV/DVD, stereo, game table/bumper pool, stereo, wet bar with full fridge, microwave and sink and access to the pool area. Half bath.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV/DVD, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV/VCR that shares a hall bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV/VCR, laundry with washer and dryer and the hot tub is on the deck.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD/VCR, stereo/CD, gas fireplace and deck access, dining area seating 12 with ocean views and deck access, kitchen with 2 dishwashers and breakfast bar seating 4, half bath and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV/DVD/VCR and large private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with extra cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This was a perfect house for our family vacation with friends. Close to the beach, large pool, enough space, big yard, loved the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off. We had a lot of kids and it didnt feel cramped. What a very lovely week!

This is a nice house close to the beach access and there are not a lot of stairs to climb to get onto the beach. The house has a great pool area.. If our family was not growing, we would rent it again for a third time.

This house had everything we needed. Bedrooms are all good sized, plenty of bathrooms and a large kitchen. The pool and yard are both nice and big. The location to the beach was an added bonus.
