The home is within walking proximity to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead in Historic Corolla Park, and the shops in Corolla Village. Kids in your group will love the playground at Historic Corolla Park, which includes a large goose play structure and other themed features that celebrate the area’s history. Corolla Village’s expansive beaches are only steps away.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with parking for up to 6 vehicles, outside shower, gated private pool (14'x32'), hot tub for relaxing evenings, picnic table and gas and charcoal grills, cornhole, and outdoor gathering spaces. 

Mid Level: 2 Queen Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and deck access that share a full bath and 2 Bedrooms each with a Bunk Set that share a full bath (one with TV).

Top Level: Bright and open great room with ocean views, flat-screen TV, wood fireplace (seasonal use), and deck access. Updated kitchen with island seating for 4 and built-in wet bar, dining area seating 8 with screened porch access offering views of the ocean and Currituck Beach Lighthouse, laundry area with washer and dryer, updated full hall bath with whirlpool tub and a Queen Bedroom.

Extras: Private Pool (14 x 32), Hot Tub, 4 TVs, high-speed wireless internet, book library, parking for 6 vehicles, outside shower, picnic table, cornhole, beach chairs, beach cart, gas & charcoal grills, wood fireplace, screened porch, wet bar and linens and towels provided. Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The owners clearly care for this house and property. They have made considerable repairs, maintenance and upgrades. It was a very comfortable house for our family, and a reasonable and easy distance to the beach. We will definitely be back and when you stay - be sure to make the walk up the beach to the 4x4 area - we were able to get some great pics of the wild horses just beyond the fence.
