Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport, outside shower, gated private pool, hot tub, picnic table and gas and charcoal grills.

Mid Level: 2 Queen Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access that share a full bath and 2 Bedrooms each with a Bunk Set that share a full bath (one with TV/VCR/DVD).

Top Level: Great room with ocean views, flat-screen TV/VCR, stereo, wood fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 2 and built-in wet bar, dining area seating 8 with screened porch access offering views of the ocean and Currituck Beach Lighthouse, laundry area with washer and dryer, full hall bath with whirlpool tub and a Queen Bedroom.

Extras: Private Pool (14 x 32), Hot Tub, 4 TVs, 1 VCR, 3 DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, stereo, book library, parking for 6 vehicles, outside shower, picnic table, beach chairs, beach cart, gas & charcoal grills, wood fireplace, screened porch, wet bar and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The owners clearly care for this house and property. They have made considerable repairs, maintenance and upgrades. It was a very comfortable house for our family, and a reasonable and easy distance to the beach. We will definitely be back and when you stay - be sure to make the walk up the beach to the 4x4 area - we were able to get some great pics of the wild horses just beyond the fence.
