Come spend your vacation nestled in beautiful Pine Island where you are close to the beach and just a short distance away from a grocery store, the Currituck Club golf course and shopping and dining at TimBuck II. This well-cared for home is ideally located and offers multiple deck areas on three levels for you to enjoy the ocean views and the beauty of Pine Island. You may also enjoy the amenities of the North Pine Island recreation area just a short walk away that offers a large community pool, tennis, basketball court and a playground.

Ground Level: Entry level. Gated pool area with hot tub, private pool, picnic table and gas grill. Shared walkway/path to the beach, basketball hoop, volleyball court, outdoor shower (hot/cold water), parking for 6 vehicles and carport convenient for loading and unloading. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV/DVD, full hallway bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access (the deck accessed from this bedroom offers a gate and can be blocked off for children or pets), Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access and a Master Bedroom with a Double Bed plus TV. There is also a Den with deck access, mini-fridge and sink, game/card table and a flat-screen TV/DVD. The den is equipped with a, Queen Sleep Sofa. There is a half-bath between the mid and top levels.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access. The master bathroom offers a whirlpool tub and stand-alone shower. Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo system and gas fireplace. Dining area seats 10-12 and the breakfast bar has additional seating for 3. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a beverage fridge. Screened porch with picnic table.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Beach access doesnt require crossing or walking roads. Really nice views can almost see sunrise from the house. Also hammock and swing are on decks and i didnt notice them in description.

This is a lovely property. Our family enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rent this house again. The house is very close to the beach. Loved the short path behind the house to get to the beach. Pool and hot tub were great. The decks/porches were very relaxing. It was nice not having to lug a gate, high chair, and beach chairs with us. Thanks for offering these extras!

First time staying at Without a Porpoise. This house is CLEAN. It is in tip top shape. We were all very impressed with the kitchen, great room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The great room is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The entire 3rd floor is really the crown jewel of this place. The high ceilings and huge windows create a wonderful bright daylight space to relax and entertain. The kitchen is stocked with every tool you could ask for. The high ceilings and recessed lighting really come alive at night. Just beautiful. This house far exceeded my expectations and created memories for my family that will last a lifetime.

Hey guys - trip report!! This was my first time staying at Without a Porpoise. My party of 6 had an amazing time. We booked for 9/2/17-9/9/17 and had an excellent time. First and foremost, this house is CLEAN. There wasnt any deferred maintenance or any issues with the property. It is in tip top shape. We were all very impressed with the kitchen, great room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Starting with the 3rd floor - the great room is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The entire 3rd floor is really the crown jewel of this place. The high ceilings and huge windows create a wonderful bright daylight space to relax and entertain. The kitchen is stocked with every tool you could ask for. There are plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, and many other esoteric appliances. There's a food processor, coffee grinder, hand mixer, and many other odds and ends. Theres an entire drawer dedicated to crab tools, which is great. The master bedroom was huge, and the screened in deck off the kitchen is a great place for breakfast or evening drinks. Again, the great room is amazing and really comes alive at night with the vaulted ceiling and all the beautiful sconce lighting. The king bedroom on the second floor is nearly as large as the one on the 3rd and the swing on the deck is a wonderful touch. The gates on the 2nd floor decks are nice to corral small children or dogs. The pool area is clean and the hot tub has been kept in great shape. The concrete path from the pool leads directly to beach access. It is approximately a 3-minute walk to the beach. Im glad I didnt spend the extra money for something oceanfront because this is close enough as it is! A+ and I will return as soon as PTO and money allow.
