Inside you'll find elevator access to all levels, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, patio access and semi-private master bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway) and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV, private bathroom and patio access. 

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and private bathroom (one with deck access), 2 Master Bedroom each with 2 Singles and 2 Trundles, flat-screen TV, full private bathrooms with a shared whirlpool tub. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This house was nice with some unique features and beautiful views. The pool was a good size and comfortably fit our large group. The beach was beautiful and very private, so private crabs would come out during the day. The walkway to the beach was covered in sand up to the handrail making it very difficult to get to the beach. You can't even see the steps or the walkway so you have to be very careful climbing the dune. You couldn't see where the walkway was to get back to the house from the beach. We called and were told by the rental company they aren't allowed to keep the walkway clear. But somehow all the properties around this one have walkways completely clear of sand.

  • Parking on the grass and road side is prohibited.  
  • Campers, boats and trailers are NOT permitted.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
