Ground Level: Outside amenities include an outside shower and charcoal grill.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Bedroom with 2 Singles and deck access, and a full hall bathroom.

Top Level: Great room with TV/VCR/DVD and wood burning fireplace, dining room seating 6-8, kitchen with counter seating 4, screened porch with table and chairs, and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV.

Extras: 3 TVs, VCR, DVD player, stereo with CD, high-speed internet access, pack-n-play, porch swing, screened porch, outside shower, wood-burning fireplace, charcoal grill, parking for 5 vehicles, linens and towels provided and Community Pool and Tennis. Mini Vacations available from October 1-Msy 15. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome. Special Events Welcome, 50 guests. Distance to beach access: 670'. House Address: 110 Trinitie Drive. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Port Trinitie Community Restrictions

  • No on-street parking, you must park in the driveway of our Duck house rentals.
  • If you have boat or jet skis, please observe state laws that require usage no closer than 300 yards offshore to prevent damage to wildlife and vegetation.
  • All items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach before 6:30am and after 6:30pm are subject to confiscation as well as a civil penalty. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night. 

  • Town of Duck - Tent/Chair/Shade Restrictions:

    • Set ups must allow for 15 feet, from the base of the dune, travel lane for emergency access and must not be closer than 10 feet to dune vegetation or turtle nest.
    • Set ups must not be closer than 50 feet, in any direction, from a lifeguard stand, emergency, or beach access.
    • Tents may not exceed 12x12, cannot be taller than 9 feet, cannot be tied together with another tent (unless they are perpendicular to the shore), must be spaced 10 feet from each other, and guy wires may not extend beyond the 12x12 max limit.
    • All shade structures must be secure.
