Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has completed their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Another wonderful year at this home. After many years of vacationing in OBX with a large group, this home is our favorite by far. It is so nicely equipped, a close walk to an uncrowded beach and well maintained. We also love the Sanderling community.

Lots of space and great for families. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and gear you need. Including a large gas stove, two ovens, and two dishwashers. The house is super nice and not stocked with cheap stuff. And a very easy, short walk to a really nice, clean beach.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay here. Duck was perfect for us with less crowd on the beach and easy access from this home. Having the option to go to the pool was nice and really enjoyed that it overlooked the sound. This home was a great layout for us. Though not oceanfront you can see views and the best was hearing the waves crash when on the deck with morning coffee or at night. Great to have lots of sand toys, boogie boards etc that our toddler had fun with and bikes to use. All in all great property.

Sanderling Community Restrictions

  • Motorbikes, ATVs, Golf Carts and motor homes/campers are prohibited and may not be parked or stored in the community.
  • Jet skis and wave runners may not be used, operated, launched, retrieved, tied up at any dock, moored in the sound or ocean, parked or stored anywhere in the community.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
