Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a BRAND NEW fully gated private pool that includes a shaded area with ceiling fans, sun deck and a kitchen area with sink and grills, charcoal grill, picnic table, and outside shower. Inside you'll find the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Great room with TV/VCR/DVD, stereo/CD and wood fireplace, dining room seating 8, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles, and a Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets.

Top Level: Crow's nest with wet bar, 2 King Master Bedrooms with TV.

Extras: Private Pool (29 x 20, heated for $500 weekly fee), 3 TVs, VCR, DVD player, stereo with CD, wireless high-speed internet access, DVD/book libraries, basketball hoop, picnic table, screened porch, outside shower, wood fireplace, gas grill, wet bar, community pool, parking for 4 vehicles and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The house is well laid out and close to the beach. It's a perfect location because only owners and guests can use that portion of the beach. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great layout, very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Views are great and being able to walk to the beach was a huge plus. NICE Beach chairs provided and other beach supplies. Did have a problem with the amount of spiders outside on decks so did not get to enjoy them. But I would definitely stay here again!!

This home is absolutely beautiful and you will not be disappointed if you stay here. It has all the amenities of your own home and so much more. The close proximity to the beach is a definite plus! Very comfortable, very beautiful and we will definitely stay at Morningstar again!

With stunning ocean views and close beach access in a quiet well-maintained neighborhood, this beach cottage is sure to provide a relaxing beach vacation for anyone who stays. The kitchen and bathrooms have undergone recent updates to make for pleasant accommodations. We have stayed in this home twice; and, both years we have enjoyed watching pods of dolphins and rays while building castles in the sand, boogie boarding, and jumping the waves. It is a quiet portion of the beach within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Duck.

Osprey & Sea Ridge are within walking distance to dining or take a bike ride into town and enjoy the quaint shops in Duck Village. These peaceful oceanside communities are just north of the half-mile stretch of open dunes of the Army Corp property.

  • 2 Community Beach Accesses (located at the end of Spyglass Rd. and Norbanks Rd)
  • *Community Pool (open mid-May thru late-September, 9 am to dusk) *Some homes offer community pool privileges (membership is optional to owners), please see the individual house page to see if this is included in your rental.
  • Sound Access at the sailing facility located on the Soundfront. At no charge, guests may launch small, non-motorized boats and sailboats. Parking is limited to loading or unloading.

COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS

  • All items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach before 6:30am and after 6:30pm are subject to confiscation as well as a civil penalty. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night. 

Town of Duck - Tent/Chair/Shade Restrictions:

  • Set ups must allow for 15 feet, from the base of the dune, travel lane for emergency access and must not be closer than 10 feet to dune vegetation or turtle nest.
  • Set ups must not be closer than 50 feet, in any direction, from a lifeguard stand, emergency, or beach access.
  • Tents may not exceed 12x12, cannot be taller than 9 feet, cannot be tied together with another tent (unless they are perpendicular to the shore), must be spaced 10 feet from each other, and guy wires may not extend beyond the 12x12 max limit.
  • All shade structures must be secure.
