Ground Level: Outside amenities include a large pool deck with private pool and hot tub. Inside you'll find a game room with foosball, Queen Sleep Sofa, love seat, TV/DVD, wet bar, microwave and refrigerator. The laundry is also on the lower level.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with deck access, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, and a full hall bath.

Top Level: Features a King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and Jacuzzi tub, kitchen with counter seating 4, screened porch, half bath, great room with TV/DVD, dining room seating 11 and separate table seating 4.

Extras: Private Pool (12 x 28), Hot Tub, large pool deck (25 x 50), 4 TVs, 2 DVD players, stereo/CD, video library, screened porch, outdoor shower, community water, foosball, park style charcoal grill, high speed wireless internet and linens and towels provided. Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
