Inside you'll find a Recroom with HD TV/Blu-Ray, stereo, pool table, ping-pong table top, foosball table, gas fireplace, half bath, and kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Laundry area and access to outdoor half bath. Queen Master Bedroom (handicap friendly) with TV/Blu-Ray.

Mid Level: Master Bedroom with 2 Singles, TV/Blu-Ray and deck access, Master Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Bunk Set and TV/VCR, and a King Master Bedroom with TV/Blu-Ray and deck access.

Top Level: Great room with HD TV/Blu-Ray/HD cable, stereo and Futon, kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining room seating 10, deck access, screened porch with hot tub, and ocean views. Queen Bedroom with TV and semi-private bathroom (shared with living areas).

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Well-stocked kitchen, large table for meals together, lots of decks for lots of views, great pool, and easy walk to the beach and close to the grocery store/shops. Owner has done a great job anticipating needs for either a sunny week, or if you're not that lucky and you have to be inside on a rainy day or two, lots of games/puzzles/books, etc., to keep you entertained.

Awesome pool one of the best we have had in all our trips to he OBX, and well stocked kitchen. No need to bring pool toys, beach chairs. They were provided. Well stocked on games and a huge library of books!
