Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with deck access, TV, and private bathrooms with full sized showers. King Bedroom with TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and a full hall bathroom with tub.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This property was clean. It had what our family needed (beds, baths) and the living areas were spacious enough for all of us. We loved the pool and hot tub.

This is an awesome beach house with so many amenities that you rarely have to leave the house. Very quiet area and great neighborhood for bike riding and walking. The location to the ocean and stores cannot be beat!

The property offers a great and very functional layout large families, the 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms proved to be ideal for our group of 12 (3 families). The kids loved the pool area and the easy access to all levels of the home and most bedrooms through the deck. I was able to leave for my morning beach sunrise run without the rest of the family even noticing. Our family loves to cook and we were pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked kitchen too! We loved the kitchen, dining room, living room area too! So open, roomy and functional. Feeling crowded was a fear of ours, but we never did. There was room for all families to do their own thing if they so chose. The beach was a short walk too. The volleyball net, pool table, hot tub, corn hall, Rokus, grill and other amenities were great to keep the whole group engaged. Overall we loved our stay at Relax and wished we could have stayed longer!

If you are looking for an immaculate and spacious house, with all the necessary conveniences, and close proximity to the beach, this is the house for you!!! We have visited the outer banks every year for the past 4 summers and this was by far our favorite rental and location. The owners have taken such great care of every last detail to make sure you have everything you need for a great beach vacation. The common areas of the house are large and open. We had 12 people staying for the week and everyone had their own space. The ocean views from the deck are wonderful. This will be our go-to house from now on! Amazing value.

Basically everything we loved about this home. Bedrooms complete with bunks, tv/media, COMFORTABLE mattresses/pillows. Plenty of sitting areas on 1st and 3rd floor. Awesome reading material. Pool/whirpool is beautiful and clean. Proximity to the beach. Outdoor shower/water hose. Downstairs and upstairs refrigerator/freezer. Great-tasting Culligan water. Dishwasher cleaned great. Nice big kitchen sink. Very nice master bedroom bathroom. Nice beverage/wine cooler. PacknPlay. This was a perfect size home for our of 11: 5 adults, 2 teenagers, 3 pre-teens, and 1 toddler. The noise from the 1st floor (pool table room) barely reached up to the 3rd floor. (kitchen/living room) Great value !!!!
