Under new ownership for 2023 with lots of planned upgrades. Your family will love this home located close to the beach, shopping, grocery, restaurants and activities. Enjoy great outdoor spaces with a large private pool that includes a gazebo with picnic table, elevated pergola covered hot tub overlooking the pool and a sandy volleyball court.

Ground level: Outside you will find a carport with an outside shower, back yard with volleyball court, fenced in private pool with gas and charcoal grills and a covered gazebo with picnic table. Inside is the Rec Room (no interior access to top level) with a sitting area, 43" flat-screen TV and Double Sleep Sofa, half bath and pool deck access.

Mid Level: Entry Level, 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with 43" TV and deck access, Bedroom with Bunk Set, Single, 43" TV and private deck access, Queen Bedroom with 43" TV and deck access, full hallway bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer. On the deck is a pergola covered Hot Tub.

Top Level: Great room with 75" flat-screen TV, double sided gas fireplace and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 3 and the dining room seating 8 with deck and screened porch access. King Bedroom with 55" TV, deck access, whirlpool tub and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas).

Extras: Private Pool (16 x 32), Hot Tub, 7 TVs, pool table, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), gas and charcoal grills, volleyball court, screened porch, outside shower, picnic table, high chair and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome. Full week rentals only. House Address: 1032 Lighthouse Drive. Beds: King, 3 Queens, Bunk Set, Single, Double Sleep Sofa. 2024, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/11/24 -10/11/24

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The streets within Whalehead are ideal for biking, walking, and jogging. Each Whalehead home sits on a larger lot (200 feet x 100 feet) with some homes connected to the new community water system and others still on well water systems with water filtration systems. All Whalehead beach rentals are located within a few miles of a grocery store, restaurants, movie theater, and retail shops. Whalehead is a favorite choice with close proximity to the heart of Corolla’s attractions and amenities.

  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
