Clubhouse Hours: (Mem-Labor Day) M-F 8:30am-7:30pm, Sat-Sun 10:00am-4:00pm; (Off-season) M-F 9:00am-6:00pm, Sat-Sun 10:00am-4:00pm. No lifeguards on duty at any pool, swimming is always at your own risk. Children under age 12 are not allowed in any pools without a parent or guardian.
Parking passes are required Memorial Day-Labor Day and Wristbands are required to be worn when using ALL amenities, including accessing the beach via the walkway.

- Oceanfront Outside Pool with Kiddie Pool (open from 9 am – 9 pm, late-May through early-October, weather permitting.)
- Beach Access with Outside Showers (located at the Oceanfront Pool on Schooner Ridge Dr)

- Trash and Recycling Can Roll-Back Service: A trash can service provider will both roll out and roll back the trash and recycle cans. (Monday & Friday-May-September - Please do not to block access to the cans).
Schooner Ridge Community Restrictions
- Renters are not permitted to operate golf carts, mopeds, or any other unlicensed and/or unregistered motor vehicles.
- Golf carts are to be parked in a designated parking space, display a parking pass, and must be driven by a licensed driver.
- RVs, trailers and boats are NOT permitted within the community, unless they fit COMPLETELY in the garage or carport.
- On-street parking is strictly prohibited.
- Tents are NOT permitted within 50 ft. on either side of the beach access.
- Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
