Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with an 8 foot wet deck and hot tub, Tiki bar seating 6, 2 outside showers, charcoal grill and deck access to all levels of the house. Inside you’ll find a Recroom with pool table, TV/DVD, blue tooth speaker system and a wet bar with refrigerator, microwave and bar seating 7, cabana half bathroom (access to outside and game room) and a Master Bedroom with Queen, DuoBunk and private bathroom. ELEVATOR to all levels.

Mid Level: 3 King Master Bedrooms each with smart TV, deck access and private bathroom (one with walk-in shower), Master Bedroom with a Queen, Bunk Set, deck access and a private bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, deck access to screened porch and a game table seating 4, dining room seating 12 and kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, ice maker, gas range and counter seating for 8. Ships Watch loft area offering sound and sunset views and a King Master Bedroom with smart TV and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Beach Access: This home is on a street that is less than 1/2 mile long with the Currituck Sound at one end and the Atlantic Ocean at the other. This home is roughly 600 yards to the Atlantic Ocean and less than 200 yards to Route 12 and the Currituck Sound. You can walk to the beach OR since this home is on a private street you have the option to park your car at the end of the street making beach trips a breeze! (no overnight parking in the cul-de-sac)

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This house was beautiful! Definitely make sure you rent a golf cart weeks in advance though. You are a little far from the beach if you plan to take more than a towel with you. WE loved this house and would definitely stay again.

Latitude Adjustment is an amazing property. We have stayed in many beach houses at OBX, Emerald Isle, and in Charleston, SC, and this is one of the best. Amazing kitchen, with duplicate everything, and the ice maker is a huge plus. The space in the bedrooms, the living areas and the decks, was very accomodating for our group of 9 adults and 3 kids. The pool is great, with the shallow wet deck that the kids loved, and still plenty of pool left to play volleyball. Very nice pool side bar, with awesome blue tooth speakers. We honestly had no complaints about the property, which also has a great location.

This beautiful home away from home is amazing!! The owners have thought of every convenience. Bathing suits, and beach towels are all youll need to bring.The location is absolutely perfect! From the house you'll have beautiful sunset views on the sound, and with just a short walk on the private road, gorgeous ocean sunrise views.<br />We had a fabulous time relaxing, and making memories here, and highly recommend this place for those looking to do the same!!

This house seems to have everything. From beach chairs and sand toys to plenty of items in the kitchen. For the whole week, there wasn't anything our family needed that was not provided for in the house. The beach is a short walk or plenty of parking at the beach entrance for your car. Youll love staying at this wonderful house.
