This vacation home offers an ideal vacation setting that is open, bright and airy. A 6-foot fence offering both security and privacy surrounds the 35 foot pool and large hot tub. Fanned by refreshing breezes, the large pool deck is an ideal place for sunbathing, entertaining or just relaxing. Just a short walk to the uncrowded beaches, the Currituck Club golf course, upscale shopping, restaurants, community tennis and more!  

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a park-style charcoal grill, carport with an outside shower, fully gated private pool with hot tub, over-sized picnic table and poolside half bathroom. Entry level. Inside you'll find the laundry area with washer and dryer. 

Mid Level: King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a second King Bedroom with flat-screen TV. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, full hall bathroom and a half bath between levels. 

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8 and an additional breakfast table seating 4. 

Extras: Private Pool (15 x 35), Hot tub, 4 TVs, high speed internet, charcoal grill, picnic table, books, beach toys, outside shower, parking for 4 vehicles and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Beds: 2 Kings, Queen, 2 Bunk Sets. House Address: 632 Staysail Crescent.  Distance to beach access: 1000'. Key Type: Keyless Entry.  CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Good location, short walk to the beach and shopping. We had a family of 6 with plenty of room. With some interior updates and new stove this could be a 5 star property. Pool and hot tub used daily and were fabulous. Pool fountains did not work. The pool service company was friendly, thorough and quick when they came in the middle of the week. Inside of house was clean, outside deck chairs could use some work but they are outside and was easily cleaned with the hose that is at the house. The park style grill was filthy and disappointing since we couldn't use it. There was nothing to even attempt to clean it with. Brindley quickly responded & took care of a couple general Maintenance issues reported. Overall great house for the price.

  • NO MOTOR HOME or TRAILER PARKING within the community.
  • NO GOLF CARTS, even if they’re street legal.
  • After 11:00 pm loud noise and any disturbances are prohibited.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
