This house, just 225 feet from the beach access, is the perfect place to Seas The Day! Located in the spacious E section of Ocean Sands with a small shopping center nearby, enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the deck, play with the kids on the swing set or relax in the great room with a large screen TV and fireplace.

Ground Level: Outside you'll find a fully gated private pool, playground with slide and swings, sandbox, putting green, basketball hoop, beach storage and outside shower.

Mid Level: Entry level offering a King Master Bedroom with TV and deck access, Bedroom with a DuoBunk that shares a hall bathroom with a Queen Bedroom with TV and deck access, and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Features a bright, spacious great room with a 42" Plasma TV/DVD/VCR, stereo with CD, gas fireplace, game table seating 4 and a spiral staircase leading up to a loft area with a Futon Bed and TV/DVD. Well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, dining room seating 6 and great Ocean views from the top deck!

Extras: Private Pool (9 x 19, heated for $500), TVs, 2 DVD players, Xbox 360, DVD collection, stereo, high-speed wireless internet connection, book library, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), lots of decks, toys, games, puzzles, playground with slide and swings, sandbox, putting green, basketball hoop, high chair, pack-n-play, beach cart with toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, deck furniture, gas & park style charcoal grills, fish cleaning table, community water, linens and towels provided and Community Tennis. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Great location with a short walk to the ocean. Very peaceful neighborhood. Parking was very good, having both a gas and charcoal grill was nice as well.

Spectacular View!

Perfect for our family of 3. My 4 year old loved the loft as it was his own hang out. The view really is spectacular for the price of the property. We even commented how nice that empty square of dunes are towards the beach gave the home an even more secluded feel. The stairs are quite steep coming into the front door. My parents in their late 60s had to use the back stairways on the deck side of the home.

This vacation was awesome. We filled the place with family from Phila area and Tampa area, kinda met in the middle. Very enjoyable week on the deck, watching the ocean. The children really enjoyed the loft. Would love to do in again next year.

Great Location to beach and shopping center. We enjoyed the short walk to Duck Donuts, ice-cream place and the food store for small items. Great quiet neighborhood and enjoyed taking my dog for a walk every morning. Enjoyed not having to bring bath towels and linens. Home has a lot to offer just needs some updating.

The location was great! Overall, the house met and exceeded our expectations. The loft area was a little small, but still fun. There were definitely some things that could be easily fixed, but this was definitely a great house in a great location. The only reason we would not stay here again would be an increased need in bedrooms, but otherwise we would definitely re-book.

We stayed for a partial week and absolutely loved this cozy little house. It is perfect for a family of 5-6. The walk to the beach is less than a football field. We really liked the location. Its about 15 minutes past Duck and close to shopping in Corolla. This house accepts pets and is a nice neighborhood to walk your dogs. We really enjoyed our stay and hoped to return next year.
