Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a grill area with covered charcoal grill and grill table, outside shower and parking for 4 cars. Entry Level. Inside you’ll find the laundry area with stacked washer and dryer and a spiral staircase to the mid level.
Mid Level: Queen Bedroom with TV and deck access that shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom with a Bunk Set, Single and deck access. Queen Bedroom with a TV that shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with another Bedroom with DuoBunk and Single. Hallway access to mid level decks and spiral stairs to the top level.
Top Level: Open Great room with TV/Blu-Ray DVD, game table seating 4, stereo with phone dock and deck access. Kitchen with pantry and dining room seating 8 and deck access. King Bedroom with deck access and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas).
Extras: Private Pool (25 x 12), 4 TVs, 2 DVD players,high-speed internet access, stereo, charcoal grill, 2 high chairs, video library, outside shower and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
BookingDuring the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

- The Beach Accesses in sections A, B and C only and are not permitted to use the amenities in the other sections
Community Restrictions
- NO MOTOR HOME or TRAILER PARKING within the community.
- NO GOLF CARTS, even if they’re street legal.
- After 11:00 pm loud noise and any disturbances are prohibited.
