Mid Level: Entry level. Den with TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles, Bedroom with DuoBunk, full hall bathroom and laundry area with washer and dryer. The hot tub is on the deck.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, deck access and gas fireplace, screened porch with ceiling fan, dining room seating 10, kitchen with counter seating for 3, Queen Bedroom with TV and semi-private bathroom (shared with living areas).

Extras: Private Pool (12 x 24), Hot Tub, 4 TVs, screened porch, charcoal grill, outside shower, high-speed wireless internet, parking for 4 cars, regular coffee maker with K-cup adapter, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), linens and towels provided and Community tennis. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Luggage lift on premises is not available for guest use.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member: This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This property was perfect for our group of 10. Easy walk to the beach. We loved having the pool and hot tub. Lots of fun games available to play in the living room. Kitchen was very well appointed without being cluttered or over stocked with items. Having a slow cooker was terrific!

The Lone Star Fish was a great rental property. Close to beach. New Kitchen, New bedroom furniture (upstairs bedroom). New furniture in living area. On trend beachy decor. Very clean. All the comforts of home. We had a great time. The community was nice and quite. The beach was beautiful.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great for a relaxing week at the beach. This house came with everything we needed to sleep and cook for 10 people. This house has plenty of porch space on both levels for outdoor hanging and updated kitchen and bathrooms. We had a lovely time and would highly recommended staying here.
