Your family will enjoy being able to walk to the Ocean, the Currituck Soundfront park, Corolla Town Center shops and restaurants. Incredible lighthouse views and all the amenities of Corolla Light!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with hot tub, charcoal grill and outside shower. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, Media room with 60" smart TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Sofa, full size refrigerator and a full bathroom.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a large private bathroom, TV/DVD and deck access King Master Bedroom with TV/Roku, private bathroom and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Singles, TV/Roku and deck access, full hall bathroom, desk/office area in the hall, and the laundry area with washer and dryer. There's a half bathroom on the landing between the mid and top levels.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, blue tooth stereo, gas fireplace and deck access with views of the lighthouse, dining room seating 10, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2 and a pub table seating 2. King Master Bedroom with a large private bathroom, TV/Roku and deck access.

Extras: Private Pool (11 x 21), Hot Tub, 6 TVs, 3 DVDs, surround sound, charcoal grill, high chair, high-speed wireless internet access, community water, books, picnic table, outside shower, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 12 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The location was directly across from the shops which was very convenient for food, ice cream and stores. We could walk to the beach and pools and pickle ball, tennis courts, and basketball nets. It’s only a mile from the gym. We walked to the lighthouse and park easily. This location was perfect for us. Plus, I loved being next to the turtle pond. The house was big enough with bedrooms and bathrooms. No frills really, but fine. The dining room table was large for big families to eat and play games. There are books, games and puzzles to use. The kitchen was okay, but upstairs refrigerator was not very cold. The downstairs refrigerator was super cold, so that worked out. The pool was okay, but not a lot of room. We didn’t miss it too much since we are beach people and we used the public pool which are both walkable. The downstairs rooms were quite warm, we couldn’t get the right temperature for sleeping. The house had a few chairs and 2 boogie boards which were really helpful. We bought batteries for the remotes because all were dead, so should be good for awhile now.

This house has a great location, located right next to the Corolla light shopping and a very short walk to the beach and to the oceanfront complex. The kids enjoyed the hot tub in the pool, but the pool is small. The house is in decent condition, however is in need of some upgrades. In particular, they could spend a few hundred dollars and upgrade the kitchen supplies, it was difficult to cook, as pots and pans, bowls are small and old, if you stay here, go out to eat every night! Super nice to have three king-size beds, and en-suite bathrooms. Overall a good value for the money.

Location, location, location!! Walk-able to beach, sound, shopping. After the obligatory Food Lion run, you could literally not have to get in your car again all week!! Pool and hot tub are a great bonus as well. Our dog had a great time too!
