Den with TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, foosball combo game, Single Sleep Sofa, wet bar with sink, and deck access to the fully gated private pool, king-size laundry and a full hall bath.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with large private bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower. Great room with TV and deck access, dining room seating 8, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2, and a half bathroom.

This property does not provide beach chairs, however they can be rented at no cost with the beach gear program advertised. 

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

After confirming your reservation you’ll receive a link to start choosing FREE beach gear to accent your Outer Banks Vacation! You can choose from bikes, umbrellas, gas grill, chairs, kayaks, surf boards, paddle boards, body boards and much more! *Delivery Fees may apply!

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

We had a great week in this home. 11 people fit very comfortably. The views for the sunset are amazing and it is fun to watch the water sports on the sound. Right by the walking path and trolley stop. Plenty of towels and linens were provided & the home was very clean. We also found some fun games to play!

Bayside Sunset was just a nice looking as it was displayed on the Brindley Beach Vacations website. The pool and the view of the bay from the decks was really nice, and the house was spacious. We all (12 of us) enjoyed our stay. I have to say that the Corolla Light community and amenities was very nice!Unfortunately, we did encounter a few hiccups during our stay. For starters, the powder room on the mid-level just about overflowed as soon as we arrived; the ceiling in one of the lower level queen master bedrooms leaked in a few places due to the excessive rain we got early in the week; I think the ceiling may have leaked in the bedroom on the upper level as there was a dried up white chalky substance that leaked on and stained some of our luggage; and we had an issue with one of the mattresses in that upper level bedroom. BUT, I have to say that when I reported the issues to Brindley, they were extremely pleasant and professional in getting the issues that could be addressed handled in a prompt manner. In addition, the owners then sent over a nice platter of cookies from one of the local winery and market stores. I thought that was nice gesture.

This house is in a great location with an amazing view of the water. The house is laid out well with many rooms and comfortable beds. It was also very clean and organized upon our arrival. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay on vacation.

A wonderful place to stay. Back porch faces sunset on the water. Great view! Interior is very clean and looks to be newly renovated. Cozy space! Great food nearby and beach is a short walk away. Trolley service options as well. We will be using this location in the future.

This home has beautiful views of the Currituck Sound-- the sunsets can be amazing! We enjoyed taking walks along the soundfront trail and through the Resort every morning. The beds are comfortable, and it was nice to have a pool along with three master bathrooms. The house is in a peaceful location- five lots away from Route 12. And its easy to get to the grocery store and the Timbuck II shopping village, just three miles away.

  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
