Enjoy your vacation in this lovely east-end villa that allows ocean views from the mid and top levels. This villa is well-appointed with easy access to the oceanfront complex and community tennis and basketball courts. 

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a hot tub, outside shower and a park style charcoal grill. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with Queen, 1 Bunk Set and a flat-screen TV that shares a hall bathroom with a King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access. Garage.

Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen 60" TV/DVR and stereo, half bath and laundry area with washer and dryer. Kitchen with new appliances and a breakfast bar seating 4, dining area seating 6 and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and ocean views.

Extras: Hot Tub, 5 TVs, stereo, outside shower, high-speed wireless internet, park style charcoal grill, Xbox One, community water, parking for 4 vehicles, 2 adult bikes, 3 children's bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 10 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas Fireplace is not available for guest use.
This property does not offer a landline telephone.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This unit has been updated with new furniture and flooring. Pools and shops are within walking distance. This unit books up fast and the owners have increased rates for next year. Will rent a different unit for next year because of the increase.

Beautifully furnished villa. Very comfortable and close to the ocean. We have stayed in numerous villas over the years and 'Shore Beats Work' was exceptional!

This property is lovely. Well maintained, clean, close to the beach, priceless deck, great appliances, well stocked for beach activities, (do not bother with chairs, umbrellas, toys or games) this place has it all! Did I mention comfortable? Very!

Great house with everything supplied! Lots of room with a great view. Clean and family friendly. Clearly the owners go the extra distance to maintain their home. Plenty to do on the property with direct beach access, 3 pools, skateboarding park, biking, tennis, sports center, shopping, restaurants/bars both on and off the beach. Everyone had a lot of fun! We will be back.

Resort Restrictions

  • No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community.
  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
