Inside you'll find an elevator to all levels, laundry area with washer and dryer and a Recroom with shuffleboard, bumper pool, TV, stereo/CD and wet bar with full size fridge. Queen Bedroom with TV/DVD and semi-private handicap-friendly bath (shared with Recroom) offering a roll under sink and shower (not a roll in shower) with grab bars and a chair.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV/VCR and deck access, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles plus TV/VCR, Queen Master Bedroom with TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV/DVD/VCR, full hall bath and a sitting area with deck access.

Top Level: Open living areas with ocean views! Great room with TV/DVD, stereo with CD, electric fireplace and deck access, dining area seating 10, well-equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers and counter seating for 4, screened porch with sunset view, wet bar with sink, half bath, and a King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and private bathroom with garden tub.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Ocean Sands Section C is a beautiful area. House is convenient to beach access with lovely views. Works well for a group while allowing space for privacy when wanted.

Great pool deck, close to the beach, quiet cul-de-sac, lifeguard at beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Just a very comfortable home for a week!
