Situated amidst seaside oaks and sea grass, "Seashell" is a family vacation semi-oceanfront home with views from its many Oceanside windows. Located on a large corner 20,000 square foot lot at the end of the cul-de-sac, the home is located north of the Duck Village and a short drive to Duck and Corolla! "Seashell" offers easy access to the ocean, as well as a wide variety of activities in the area. The spacious pool area is surrounded by greenery to create a private oasis, also home to the hot tub and gas grill for outdoor entertaining.

Ground Level: Outside amenities include a fenced patio with private pool, hot tub, picnic table and a high surround of bushes to achieve privacy so you can forget about the world and your neighbors on vacation. Outside you'll also find an outside shower, charcoal grill, gas grill and basketball hoop. Inside you'll find a King Master Bedroom with TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with a semi-private bathroom (second door from the bathroom to living areas) and a flat-screen TV.  Game room with HD TV/VCR/DVD, Day Bed, Trundle, Queen SS, foosball table and 2nd full-sized refrigerator.

Mid Level: Offers a King Master Bedroom with TV/VCR, walk-in closet and private deck, Bedroom with a Bunk Set and Single, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and deck access, full hall bath and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/VCR/DVD, walk-in closet, ocean views and a private deck, kitchen with counter seating 2, great room with leather sectional couch, recliners, flat-screen HD TV/VCR/DVD and ocean views, dining room seating 11, half bathroom and ocean facing decks with picnic table and ocean views.

Extras: Private Pool (14 x 32), Hot Tub, 6 TVs, 3 DVD players, 4 VCRs, foosball table, Keurig & regular coffee makers, high chair, community water, high-speed wireless internet, charcoal grill, gas grill, outside shower, 2 picnic tables and linens and towels provided. 1 Dog Allowed ($200 Security Deposit required for 2 Dogs, No pit bulls or documented biters)

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with extra cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the Seashell Street community beach access, Section B. Look for a Brindley Beach tag on the umbrella with property number OS6B. Weather permitting they will be set up from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, June 26- Aug 13, 2021. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Great house for a family group. We really appreciated the pool and very close proximity to the beach. I should mention that the beach access on this street doesn't seem to be well suited if you have a family member with limited mobility. The house had everything we needed (pots, pans, etc..) to cook and feed the group. Everyone had comfortable beds. There was plenty of space to gather for meals or to just sit around and it was very nice to have a gate at the steps we could close if needed which made it much easier with 5 kids under the age of 5! We hope to book again next year.

The proximity to the beach is fabulous and the ice-maker was a huge bonus! Bring bug spray. The mosquitoes outside the house were awful.
